As a child growing up near Paris, France, she and her mother made truffles every Christmas. Odile went on to work in the food industry for more than thirty years with the best-known caterers. Her passion is chocolate and keeping on top of the latest trends in food fancies.

Odile Chocolat opened a retail on Valentine's 2009; exquisite gift boxes, specializing in corporate gifts, wedding favours, special occasion and dinner party favours.
